Join Our Team as a Robotic Coffee Vending Machine Technician
Keep our coffee flowing! We’re looking for hands-on, detail-oriented individuals to service and maintain our vending machines across locations — with great benefits, flexible workdays, and room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess a valid motorcycle license and own transport
- Strong communication skills; reliable, disciplined, and hard working
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong hands-on skills and critical thinking ability
- Willing to be on standby when needed (with compensation provided)
- Open to candidates of all experience levels
Who We Looking For
- 6-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), standby on Saturdays based on rotation
- Refill ingredients and perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on coffee vending machines
- Ensure machine cleanliness and hygiene in line with company standards
- Conduct taste tests and calibrate settings to maintain drink quality and consistency
- Maintain active communication while traveling between locations
- Troubleshoot and report machine issues proactively
- Inspect machine sites for cleanliness, pest presence, and accessibility
- Monitor ingredient levels and report low stock promptly
- Gather on-site feedback and relay insights to management
