Part-Time Business Development Agent
Help us find new homes for Otter Barista machines.
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as part-time Business Development (BD) Agents.
This role is perfect for students, freelancers, or anyone looking to earn extra income while building real-world sales and networking experience.
What You’ll Do
- Find New Locations: Research and identify potential placement spots for Otter Barista machines (e.g. hospitals, offices, universities, malls).
- Outreach & Contact: Reach out to building managers, admin staff, or key decision-makers via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and referrals.
- Build Relationships: Introduce Otter Barista’s value and maintain professional, ongoing communication.
- Assist in Closing Deals: Support the team in preparing proposals, arranging site visits, and helping negotiate placements.
- Coordinate Handover: Liaise with internal teams to support the setup process once a location is secured.
- Ongoing Support: Act as a point of contact for the locations you helped bring in.
Who We Looking For
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Excellent communication and confidence in approaching new people
- Comfortable with cold calls, messaging, and referrals
- Responsible, driven, and able to work independently
- Students, fresh grads, or anyone with a go-getter mindset are welcome
- Sales/BD experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train you!
