Part-Time Quality Assurance
Your mission: Make sure every cup meets our Otter Barista standard.
We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join us as part-time Quality Assurance (QA) Agents.
You’ll be our eyes (and taste buds) on the ground — ensuring every Otter Barista drink tastes just right, machine performance is on point, and customer experience stays top-notch.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct Routine Checks: Visit assigned vending machine locations on a flexible time.
- Drink Testing: Sample drinks to ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and overall quality. Check for dilution, sugar balance, foam texture, and drink appearance.
- Machine Inspection: Check machine cleanliness, screen functionality, product stock levels, and app responsiveness.
- Quality Inspection: While testing drinks, also assess machine hygiene, screen responsiveness, and ingredient levels to ensure everything contributes to a consistent drinking experience.
- Feedback & Experience Reporting: Report any issues (e.g. taste inconsistencies, machine errors, or user experience problems) and share observations on overall customer experience — from ease of use to cleanliness and environment.
Who We Looking For
- Must be based in or able to travel across designated Klang Valley or other coverage areas
- Strong attention to detail and good taste memory
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Has own transport
- No prior QA experience needed — we’ll guide you through everything
